Hello brothers and sisters,
My name is Marcel Bossink. I am Dutch, born in the eastern part of the Netherlands. My wife, Catherine Ngari, is Kenyan and was born in Murang’a.
Catherine is a devoted Catholic. I was raised Protestant (though not very active), but I have come to deeply love the Catholic faith as well.
We have both gone through difficult times in life, and we believe that this is exactly how God brought us together. What I was missing in my faith, she has helped teach me, and now we are united in one faith.
Sometimes we must go through hard seasons in life, but in the end, they lead us to where we are meant to be.
For me, the biggest change has been my spiritual journey. It took time, but I have truly been reborn in Christ. My life has changed so much, and I now experience the inner peace that the Gospel promises.
What we are both learning now is how to live faithfully in the real world. This is not always easy, but the Word of God continues to guide us.
We must hold on to what is good and strengthen ourselves against what is not.
Even though we live far away from your church, we truly love it. Together with your church, I will be responsible for this website, and we are grateful and happy to be part of your community.
